More Resistance Band

Like the previous article, here are more examples on how to use resistance bands:

Rows
Secure the middle of the band to a door (door straps come with good quality bands) or pole, stand facing the door or pole, arms outstretched. Pull your arms toward you, pushing your elbows behind you as far as possible, then return your arms outstretched.

Muscles: triceps

Squat Press
Stand on the resistance band with your feet slightly apart. Squat down with your hands at your shoulders. Stand slowly, lifting your hands over your head, then return to the previous squat position.

Muscles: Quadriceps, biceps, deltoids
